From 1st of April access to SYNAPPS is individual and based on your user name, not email address or store number!
This is Single Sign On (SSO) access!
Since this is Single Sign On, you do not need the password! System will run check in the background to identify you and if you submitted correctly application you will be redirected to SYNAPPS application and ready to work!

How to fill in request form?
Make sure that you enter the correct company username that usually starts with an A. Enter the same code in Account name! Also add what you need access to (what store, country and brand) When all data is entered you can send in the request.
